Mykal White offers coaching, consulting, perspective, personal development and educational content to help people improve the quality of their relationships.  Services may be delivered through online sessions, courses, resources, or in-person consultations.

1. Payment & Refund Policy

• All coaching sessions, courses, and services require payment in full or as per the agreed installment plan.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
• If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, rescheduling is subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for implementing the strategies, advice, and recommendations provided.
• Success depends on individual effort, business conditions, and market factors. No guarantees of improved relationships, parenting, or the successful or our client’s children are provided

 

Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to training materials, videos, PDFs, physical products such as Paperbanks, and other tools, coaching resources, is the intellectual property of Mykal White.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Mykal White, NUNDA, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any personal losses or business losses, decisions, or actions taken based on coaching, consulting, or resources provided.
• Coaching is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax advice, or seeking proper professional channels for mental health, traumas or substitution for a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide coaching services and improve our offerings.  We do not sell or share your information without consent.

Modifications to Terms

Mykal White reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.  Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
